Summary: Really friendly, helpful staff. Good but busy location to major tourist sites and public transport. I was sick during my stay and didn't get my room cleaned every day but did at least every second day. I got a few marks on my sheets from eating in bed. After a few days the stains were still there. Five days later when I ckecked out, the sheets still hadn't been changed. The cleaners didn't replace coffee pods unless i asked. Also they were very noisy.

Summary: Pretty big room, nice beds, fridge, coffe maker, quiet enough. Small bathroom. Friendly staff,free coffee in room and in the receiption. Pretty busy road outside, many restaurants in the area, few minutes walk from Hagia Sofia

Summary: Perfect little reasonably priced hotel for the independent sightsee in this fascinating city. The room was not large, but when you are exploring all day, who cares? Very convenient location. Very friendly staff.

Summary: Excellent hotel, the staff were friendly and extremely attentive . The room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. Fresh linen was provided daily. The lobby is a lovely spot to sit and watch the world go by whilst being afforded free drinks and pastries. It is very close to all the main tourist attractions. As a disabled traveller it was welcome that there is only one step to the lobby and a lift to the rooms. They arranged the airport shuttle for me. All in all, a very well run, clean and friendly hotel. Highly recommended.

Summary: Highly recommend staying at Iris Han Hotel especially if your visiting Istanbul for the the 1st time. The location is excellent for walking to the major sightseeing sites in Sultanahmet and you can also walk to Eminonu where you can access all the ferry ports. The tram lines are also a few minutes walk away. The hotel is small but very welcoming and clean we enjoyed our 5night stay here, and the staff are just expectional. Ali and Melek in particular have been so helpful, always on hand for advise and advising us of the best ways to get around and always greeted warmly with a smile. Thank you 😊
